A Few 2010 Tech Gadgets

September 27th, 2010

2010 is going to bringing all kinds of tech gadgets to people. A person who enjoys gadgets for any hobby or work they do will find that there is a new gadget available on the market for 2010 that will make what a person is using now more powerful, more interesting, or more user-friendly. From computers to brand new gadgets that are going to be introduced a person will not run out of things to tinker with in 2010.

Probably one of the greatest gadgets to hit the market this year for those people who like speakers but can’t afford them is the stick-up speakers. The speakers attach to any surface through the sticky pad they are on. A person can get a bunch of these and create an incredible entertainment center with surround sound for a fraction of the cost of installing speakers. And, they can be placed at different levels around a room to give a person surround sound at any level.

A free floating speaker system is coming out for pools. But, of course, there are tons of other uses for this gadget. It’s completely water proof and has a receiver that gets clear reception from up to 150 feet. It’s shaped like a ball, which opens the possibility of several other entertaining uses. A person can use this speaker in a basement, garage, or other area of the home where they work but get lousy reception. You can hook up an MP3 or G3 easily to the transmitter and listen to your favorite music while working.

Speaking of mobiles, there…apos;s a new 4G coming out in 2010. The 4G does everything bigger and faster than the 3G. The highlight of this phone is that it will download about 100Mbps when a person is moving and up to a gig standing still. A person will be able to download a movie in about a minute on this phone.

Another cool gadget coming out that will set techies who like to tinker ablaze is the new 3D, 360 degree viewing prototype that Sony is putting out. It looks like the Star Wars hologram cone, but the image is clear and it…apos;s stereoscopic. A person can walk completely around the cone and see an image in 3D from any angle. This is going to be a great gadget for a person who is into film making. Imagine watching a film in real 3D from start to finish.

There…apos;s also a limited edition X-treme diver…apos;s watch coming out in 2010 that does everything except talk to you. Or, maybe it will do that too with a little tinkering. This has got to be one of the coolest watches to come out. A person can clearly hear an alarm up to 100 feet under water. This is because the case is made from three layers of titanium steel. There are only going to be about one hundred and fifty of these watches made.

On a less expensive note, there is a cool gadget coming out that will fit any wallet. It…apos;s a flip-out light bulb. This little bulb really is one of the coolest and handiest tech gadgets to be introduced. It…apos;s the size of a credit card, runs on a little cell, and the …quot;bulb…quot; flips up from the card when a person needs a light. It will be great when a person is looking for something in a dark restaurant or needs to find change in the glove compartment of their car.

Then, since Sprint has lost so many customers, they are coming out with a ton of tech gadgets and phone plans that are aimed at moving customers back in their direction. Their new plans will include an Android, Windows mobile, Wimax and the apps store that we…apos;ve been seeing from other companies. Their 2010 plans are supposed to make getting these gadgets cheaper for customers, but we…apos;ll have to wait and see on that one.

Make Your Kids Happy With The Sansa View 8gb MP3 Player?

July 26th, 2010

My cute little and adorable kids love cartoons, and, why not admit it, so do I, and I’m no kid. We like spending our evenings in front of the TV, or laptop, and watching some new cartoons. They’re more into “The PowerPuff Girls”, while I’m more into “Dexter’s Laboratory”, so we tend to argue a little, but we eventually come to an agreement.

I have tried to share with them my all-time passion for Disney cartoons, but after a few attempts I had to give it up. They fancy watching Cartoon Network more than watching Sleeping Beauty, so they convinced me to watch TV with them, even if I’m still in love with my classic Disney cartoons.

No wonder they complain of getting bored any time we get on holidays and they miss their favorite TV shows. Lately they have asked for some small gadget which could play their cartoons for them when they’re on a trip, or even during breaks, at school. I didn’t agree at first, but they know how to be very convincing, so I finished by looking up for some good mp3 player with video features.

I have checked all the models, and I finally decided that the sansa view 8gb mp3 is the best option. It is so easy to use, that any kid could do it, so I bought one for each of my girls. I loaded them up with all their favorite cartoons, and I made them a great surprise. When they unwrapped the presents, opened the boxes, and saw their new players, they were overjoyed.

Now, they take their new “toys” everywhere with them. They have learnt quite easily how to load cartoons and music on their players, and they watch them on every trip, and even on breaks, at school. And I can watch my beloved Disney movies without any arguments, any time I want.

Asus A626: Keeps Your Days Organized

July 23rd, 2010

I run a small firm, with not many employees, but it is still a lot of work managing it and keeping track of everything. I have appointments to keep, and people I must talk to, almost every day. I barely had time to eat something between appointments, and I got home late at night. I managed to remain on top of things thanks to one very important person: my secretary!

She had been with me from the very beginning, and I really depended on her. She was the one to remind me of every appointment, meeting, and even family celebrations. But there came a day when she announced that she had to leave: her husband had been offered a better job in another town, so they were going to move. I was desperate.

I started looking for someone to replace her. I interviewed a lot of people, but no one seemed as efficient as she was. I ended up by hiring someone, but I wasn’t happy with her at all. Finally, one of my friends got enough of my complaints and recommended me to get a PDA, to help me keep track of everything. I’m not the person to get crazy over the latest gadgets, so I was skeptical at first.

I bought the Asus mypal A626. I have never been too good in using electronical devices, so I spent a lot of time entering all the necessary dates, data, and phone numbers, but eventually I got used to it. In a couple of months I couldn’t do without my Asus PDA. It took the place of my old secretary.

Some might find it expensive, but all I can say is: it’s worth the money. It knows everything, and notifies me every time I have a meeting, or when my kids’ birthdays get near. Whenever I hear one of my friends saying he needs a secretary, I recommend this pda.
